Plex Server limited connectivity

Player Version#: Not sure where to find it, I downloaded the latest one through the Google play Store

Hi all,

I am having a serious issue. I have tried to figure it out for the past 2 weeks or so.

So, I’ve been using plex now for about a year or so and it’s been working great. I recently got back from travelling and when I attempted to use Plex it gave me a notification: " You are not connected directly to MyServer so streaming quality may be limited. You may be able to connect directly to this server by changing your home network settings. Learn more"

Now I haven’t changed any settings, I don’t know how to fix this. I had initially set it up as a Local Media Network and have had the server installed on my PC and streamed my movies & series to the TV using the respective Plex apps.

Please let me know what I can do to fix this.

Furthermore, when I try to access the server from my PC where the server is installed via the web app (https://app.plex.tv/desktop) I cannot reach my server…

I checked your account and it shows it was deleted on the 14th. I’ve had your account restored. Restart PMS and it should be ok now.
