Is there any way to limit the types of files Plex adds to your library. For instance having music scan for only file types used generally for songs (MP3, WAV, ETC) and not file types used for sound effects or background music in apps(OGG and the like)?
I agree that you would be better off organizing your sound files like Trumpy suggests, but if that’s not feasible, there is a way to tell Plex to ignore certain file types.

Just don’t forget, like I once did, that you did this. I changed my mind about what I had excluded, but completely forgot having done so. Took me a couple of days to figure it out.
