Lip Sync adjustment in Plex on Samsung Tizen

I am using the Plex app on the Samsung Tizen TV, using HDMI ARC into a Denon AVR. The video is before the audio. I do have audio delay settings on both the TV and the AVR, but they are in the wrong direction. I need to delay the video not the audio.

Is there any way to do this in the Plex app please?

Do they allow a negative adjustment? Negative delay would be a speed up of audio.
