It would be great to see audio delay (+ and -) added to the Samsung TV app so that video can be delayed with external audio outputs which may have lag for one reason or another. (I believe that it is already available in clients for some other platforms but not for the Samsung app).
For all I know this feature doesn’t exist on any platform.
That being said, there’s an existing feature suggestion discussing an option to manually reduce/remove an audio delay (without referring to a specific platform). I suggest you comment/vote in that thread in order to help us avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes.
Unless I’m missing some unique aspect of your suggest I’ll close this thread as a duplicate.

Solution 8. Adjust audio sync in Plex. Plex Media Player has an option to adjust the audio when it is out of sync. The shortcut keys for increasing audio delay are Alt+A, while the shortcut keys for decreasing audio delay are Alt+Shift+A.
If this information is accurate and the feature exists in some clients then this is a platform-specific request.
Having said that, I also voted for the other request.
