Lip Sync Issue

I run Plex on a Synology DS916+. Often when I go to watch something the lip sync is off either when I first watch a show or a few minutes after I start. A simple stop/restart of the show fixes it for the remainder of the show. It’s a minor problem, but has anyone else experienced this and found a fix. It doesn’t matter if the show is HD/SD, direct play, transcoding, being played using a TV app, iPad, web browser, or Apple TV, wired ethernet, wireless, or MoCA or inside my local network or remote. The CPU usage of the NAS when playing is at most 20%.

Also, I made sure my server software is current (downloaded directly from Plex and not Synology).
