Live TV and Dashboard question

Tuner Make/Model: Hauppauge WinTV-quadHD

I’m running PMS, in a Docker container on Linux. When playing Live TV, the “Now Playing” section of the Dashboard says “Nothing is currently being played”. I recently saw a YouTube video for setting up a tuner with Plex and their example dashboard showed the stream info block in the Dashboard as they were playing a TV channel. So I think my Dashboard is broken with respect to Live TV. Where can I look to troubleshoot and fix this?
