Live TV Ch Icons and Program Posters Missing

Try setting the postal code without the space or use a different code.

I did that with a London Code… nothing
I did with a space … nothing

It seems PLEX doesn’t thig the United Kingdom exists, maybe it’s that stupid Brexit, who knows

… and that is why there is NO program posters as well.
All since PLEX chose a different EPG service, what else can I say.

No, you’re just doing it wrong. The postal code is TQ7 not TQ71LL.

I’m glad you found a solution. I would like to point out that the issue is not from it being HTTP instead of HTTPS but that for some reason Plex is not caching the logos/posters locally and transmitting them to clients. Since Plex apparently is not caching the icons to be sent to the clients and the clients are connecting directly to the server providing the logos/posters, you need to make sure the access is available.

That is why it worked when you moved it to a webserver your clients could reach. Not the HTTPS. All of my channel logos are served via HTTP.

Just wanted to make sure it was understood.

sixxnet, I feel humbled and incredibly stupid … you see being 71 years old does have some amazing disadvantages in that the brain cells disappear at an alarming rate. Of course it is TQ7 duh!
There are a couple of Radio Channels that are not listed, but am really not bothered about them. You can’t imagine the number of hours I have spent with this and all for just 4 simple letters (space)1LL.
Thanks a beer is on me

Thanks all understood.
