Live TV/DVR - missing most channels

I have only 31 channels listed on LiveTV/DVR, but in Settings it shows that there are 345 channels. I used to have more channels - they disappeared a while ago - I don’t really know when or why.
I just updated Plex server software and did a re-scan of channels - still only 31 channels listed.
I have checked it on the Computer that is running the plex server - still only 31 channels listed.

Would really appreciate some help!
