Plex is only showing 23 out of 59 available channels

Hi,

Hope someone can help me here. I upgraded to a better OTA antenna and am now receiving 59 channels but HDHOMERUN on Plex is only letting me use the original 23 channels I had before. I had done multiple channels scans to see if it would update it to the new number of channels.

On the HDHomeRun app I can access all the channels and if I plug the antenna to the tv directly everything works fine, just not in Plex.

Is there a file that needs to be deleted or adjusted?

Delete DVR in plex.
Clean trash bundles
Shut down plex
Start plex
What ever channels are detected via HDHomeRun tuner app will show up in plex.
With plex DVR there is a place where you can edit your channels. The first scan should include all channels. If any have DRM…given OTA should be n/a…they will not show up.

Thank, this did it!

Sorry I didn’t get back sooner, I was only able to fix it today. Now to enjoy my new channels.
