I have found out using the plex android app you can’t watch live TV & DVR outside your network, you can see it tries to communicate but it fails to respond back and gives an error message whereas if you use it through the website even on your mobile phone it works fine, why have the dev’s messed up the plex app, the app has gone sluggish also the print quality looks terrible when remote accessing movies. I have even set the quality to 1080p on a 5g network which used to work fine before the update since the update the app is a total shamble, please fix and when fixed don’t update to break.

Please reproduce and provide logs from the server and client so I can see what’s going on.
