I have a Plex Pass and suddenly I can’t access live TV outside of my network! Show a little exclamation point inside a red triangle icon now on my Android apps and says server not connected but I can play any other Plex media still! Help!

I have the same problem. Latest version of the android app on Pixel 3XL. Works fine on my Nvidia shield.
Now if a mod will just give us some info 
I am also having this issue, cannot access live TV remotely from multiple devices (Android, iOS, web player). This has been an issue for a while since 1.18.x version of PMS. It’s extremely frustrating that this issue has persisted and also that there is no official way to download an older version of PMS that did not have this problem. Please Plex, fix this issue and allow us to download older versions of PMS! I specifically remember versions 1.16.x of PMS not having this problem.
Same issue here. Pixel 2 XL. Strange thing though, when I use the same phone to access my server with Chrome Remote Desktop I can see that Live TV is active. Then I jump back into the Plex app and live TV is back. Close the app, and retry and I get the yellow triangle.

Same behavior for me on Android mobile. Live TV & DVR works great on my local network, but has the exclamation point and isn’t accessible remotely from the Android client. When using Plex web remotely Live TV & DVR is available.
I had a chance to try this again today, and it is now working! I’m on a newer version of the android client (7.26.0.14385) and server (1.18.3.2129) than the last time I tried. I didn’t see anything in the release notes for the android client regarding Live TV, but the 2129 server release notes state it has a crash fix for Live TV.
