Is it correct that there is no way to allow members of a Plex Home to Manage DVR Recordings? This does not seem to make sense at all to me.
Now that Plex has jumbled everything on the (horrible) home screen from all servers and all library’s I need to make sure content in a few library’s are not popping up on the screen next to Disney movies. (BTW: I am not referring to Porn).
I am not particularly restrictive of the content (within reason) that my 12 year old sees but I do respect what other parents may/may not want kids to see so I REALLY don’t want titles that would have otherwise have been unnoticeable popping up on the home screen when his friends are over. Due to the new “content first” garbage I am forced to create a Plex Home and have separate logins for myself and others. In and of itself that isn’t a problem but both my boy and my wife are used to being able to set recordings.
Is there any way to work around this?
Additionally as I type this message I realize that members of Plex Home do not seem to be able to access shared servers. Is that correct?
It really does not seem like anyone at Plex thought thru the the practical ramifications of this “content first” change?
