About a month ago, all of a sudden my Plex Live TV Shows/Movies are missing the pictures, I have found out that deleting the cache folder (Using Shield TV as Plex Server) will solve this issue, but not sure which folder that is needed to be deleted in the “Cache” directory.
File Path: Z:\Android\data\com.plexapp.mediaserver.smb\Plex Media Server\Plug-in Support\Caches
And has about 18 folders listed below: (Screen Shot)
But not sure which one to delete to resolve the Live Movie/TV pictures not showing up
