As plex doesn’t allow me to contact support directly (other than billing problems), i hope my issue will be resolved here. For nearly 1 week, all the plex free streaming offers (Live TV, news, Web shows) can’t be reached. (From ios, android tv, web…). I can reach podcasts though. There is an exclamation mark on each of them. I click, tap on refresh but nothing happens. I run PMS on an Nvidia Shield TV 2019 pro (I know that these streaming things are not related to my PMS). But when i check the settings, account and then online media sources, i only see podcasts and music. My PMS version is 1.22.1.4228. The only setting i recently change (as i remember) is to 1) enable free Live TV to my home users. 2) opened up a port in my router for remote connection. 3) enabled 2FA for my account. And the plex status page tells me that everything is operational?
Similar for me. In web interface both “Movies & Shows On Plex” and “Live TV On Plex” show ‘!’ error icon and the main pane suggests “Go to Forums” (it’s not a link to a specific topic, though, so this is pretty unhelpful).
The relevant ‘carousels’ (or whatever they are are called) have also disappeared from my Shield interface.
I can’t confirm it’s been for as long as a week, though - only really noticed just now.
Same issue here on web, Android TV and iOS. Running latest Windows server. Any help would be much appreciated.
are you folks using @ Plex Web ?
what happens if you click MORE ?
they seem to be working for me, but I have made a note of the thread

Apparently there have some recent changes in availability for different countries.
Please check @ Frequently Asked Questions - Free Live TV Streaming on Plex | Plex Support to confirm if you are in an affected area.
Clicking ‘More’ to see the unpinned ‘items’ I see - grouped under my server - the full list of my libraries (including the rarely used ones I choose not to clutter the pinned list with) plus ‘playlists’; and - grouped under ‘Plex’ - just ‘Music’; I don’t see any of the Plex streaming services. It appears that the unavailable Plex services are cleanly removed from the full list but not so cleanly removed if they had earlier been pinned.
Thank you for the link, which I followed and your suspicions were correct: I live in one of the countries on the list. It seems a little perverse that this information, buried in an FAQ, would not also be announced by Plex in a less obscure fashion
especially considering that PMS seems able to detect if you are in a region where the services are verboten and thus remove them from the PMS admin settings.
By the way, for anyone else coming here, the linked article addresses only ‘Live TV’ but it seems that video-on-demand ‘Movies and TV’ is similarly affected, though I have not inspected the list of countries to see if they are exactly the same for both, and it looks like ‘Podcasts’, ‘Web shows’, and ‘News’ from the ‘online media sources’ classification are casualties also.
Yes, not only Live TV (which is understandable due to licensing etc.) even podcasts
has gone along with movies, tv shows…I agree that Plex should have contacted effected users via e-mail about recent changes. Now, in settings, i only see the Tidal Music is available.
