Live TV (On Plex) Not Working/Loading

Hello - Live TV (from Plex) is currently not functioning. “Loading Channels” spins for a while, then presents with an error message: “There was an error loading channels”.
I’ve tried accessing through several streaming devices, Plex Web App, and Plex for Mac ( Version 1.33.0.2444-a220eae4 ).

I also have Live TV and DVR using my own tuner, which is working without issue. I checked the status page and it shows everything as being operational, but does look like there were some issues with Live TV and “Media Provider Slowness” over the past day or two, but is marked as resolved… maybe this is related?

I’m running Plex Media Server on Synology DSM7 - Version 1.24.3.5033-757abe6b4.

All of the Live Channels get stuck loading, is this common

Thanks for the advice. I downloaded it and tried it. The App needs a lot of work. Scrolling was disabled, Generally it was not great. Normally I’d say that I’m not going to pay for something that doesn’t work, but the developers need to eat, keep the lights on, etc. I’ll sign up for Premium soon. I am hoping that a good portion of the funds will made for improvement. I like the movie selection, and thanks for what you do have up there now, it just needs some work. Back to the App not bein…

Hey there - I had done a search but didn’t see anything recent on this. That said, I checked the status page again today (status.plex.tv) and now is showing unresolved incident for Live TV as of today…

I do believe it is related to this thread.

I just re-checked and now Plex’s live tv program guide is loading for me, and content distribution from Plex seems to be a little better (but still quite slow as compared to normal)…
