Hello, I enjoyed the live TV & DVR option on my iOS and Android devices, but the main usage I have at home is via PLEX Media Player installed on a Windows 10 PC. Does someone know if and when the live TV & DVR will be available on Windows PMP?

DVR and Live TV will be coming to PMP in the future. As for when, I can’t say exactly. 
I second this, although someone (Emilio I think) already replied to me on the blog post saying it’ll come at some point. I really hope you implement it in PMP prior to the UWP app, as the latter is horrible in comparison. Not nearly as many options or as polished as PMP, UWP didn’t support AC3/DTS passthrough via Toslink (although not sure if it’s fixed now as I’m using HDMI now), not designed for HTPC/10ft experience, doesn’t appear to currently support h.265 (PMP plays just fine on same system).
