Sorry if this is a dupe issue. I searched a few times but wasn’t sure about the right keywords…
When I’m watching live TV (usually on plex web) the stream will pause, reset, and start playing from whatever point I joined the stream. There are two generic examples:

I’m watching ABC news by clicking on the play channel button from the guide (purposely not selecting play episode even though I think they might be the same command?). As I’m watching, the show will be find for 10-30 minutes, then it will stop, flicker, and reset back to the moment I first started watching (i.e., kick me back to the DVR). Often, but not always, this behavior occurs at or near the scheduled end of the show. However, it ALWAYS happens at lest once at some point in any show that I watch live. I can’t get the thing to just stay on the live broadcast!

The other variation of this problem is it will always occur on programs that I have already set to record (like nightly news) while I’m currently watching the live stream (it will kick me back to the DVR at the end of the broadcast while I’m trying to watch the live TV stream).
As you can see from my stats below, I have 6 total tuners (4-in-1 and 2-in1), so I seriously doubt I’m using too many tuner resources even if two family members are trying to live stream at the same time while a recording or two is going off simultaneously. By my math, that would still leave at least two free tuners. -_-
