This has been happening for at least a week (as my shows have not been recording). I have tried deleting the DVR and setting up again. Did not resolve the issue.

It could be an issue with EPG data for the specific ZIP code you’ve selected. You may want to delete the DVR again, and then recreate it using a different, nearby ZIP code to see if you experience the same with different guide data. I’d try several, if possible.
It could also be a client issue. If you haven’t already, try one or more different clients.
This has also been happening to me as I set up my Plex server on a synology NAS with an Android client (Nvidia Shield). It doesn’t seem to matter what zip code around me that I use. I’m certainly not going to “go premium” if I can’t even get an EPG that works. There is a surprising lack of information on how to resolve this on the Internet.
