For months - a year maybe - from NOW (it’s currently 730a) + 3hrs the only programming that shows in the guide is “Unknown Airing.” This is true all day long. It never shows the current episodes. I’ve have deleted and reinstalled, refreshed the guide over and over and but haven’t had any effect.
On a couple occasions I have seen it populate, but then go blank. Appreciate any guidance you can provide. I’ve not seen this specific issue in this forum or others.
I’m having the same issue. Checked time on server and client and both match. Guide only had valid data for 1 of my channels. Tried to refresh, but doesn’t help.
No, client and server are all in the same timezone.
When I remove the tv tuner / dvr through the web interface and reinstall the settings still show up (favorites, etc). To me this means whatever is corrupted is lingering.
Would love to SSH in and delete the relevant files and rebuild from scratch. But I’ve not quite been able to zero in on where I should go.
Favorites are account level and not stored in your local database, you can remove them or reset your client customization.
If you can do a manual refresh of the EPG and get 3 more hours of data then I suspect your server isn’t acknowledging your Plex Pass.
You could also stop Plex Server and remove the tv.epg.* files from the Database directory to eliminate any corruption there, the next refresh will build new ones instead of just updating and possibly failing.
