I do if the live TV is playing on the Plex server web gui, if I use hd homerun I have no issues at all. My shield that’s running Plex and hard wired to the network will stuffer here and there resulting in your server is not fast enough… And I highly doubt it running an and fx clocked at 3.8 g and 14 gig or ram with a GTX 1080i on a gigabit network…
