LiveTV: Keep getting Couldn't create playback session for this item on iPad

Can playback recorded conetent ok, but get error when trying to view live tv. Any suggestions?

I got it to work one time on my iPhone yesterday. Now I get the error “Unable To Evaluate Play Request”

Then “Could not tune channel”. "Code:-1

I see the tuner light up but… Nothing.

We need to see Plex Media Server and Plex Tuner Service logs in order to troubleshoot the issues.

Alright. Somehow the CableCARD in the Prime I have dedicated to Plex was not authorizing anything. I power cycled the tuner and it’s working again.
