Server Version#: 1.21.0.3711 (NVidia Shield)
Player Version#: 8.9.2.21619 (NVidia Shield) (Same issue on the web player, too. This seems to mainly be a server issue)
I have just recently come back to Plex after a couple months away. I am starting a fresh library, and am having an issue with local extras. It seems with the current version of the server running on the Shield, the server refuses to show extras when I have 2 versions (or more, I assume) of the same movie. The Plex Extras FAQ says if you have multiple versions of the movie, make sure to use the sub directory method, which I am (attaching screenshot)
If I add the folder with just one version of the movie, it picks up the extras just fine (In a folder called Featurettes). As soon as I add the other version of the movie (I do a 1080p and a 4k version), and update the library, the extras disappear.
Here is an example of one of my movies. Each movie that I only have a 1080p version, the extras show fine. Only in the movies where I also have a 4k version, the extras won’t show.
If there is a log file (or files) you want to look at, just let me know.
Thank you.
Edit: Also wanted to add that these files are stored on an Ext4 formatted drive that is connected to a Raspberry Pi 4 running Ubuntu Server 20.10. This is my file server for the Shield (and anything else I need it for).
