Local Extras in 'continue watching'

Hi,
I’ve been moving over my movie extras from a separate folder into the Movie folders using Local Files for Movie Trailers and Extras | Plex Support.
Although the feature is great, I’m missing able to see what extras I’ve partially watched in ‘continue watching’. is there an option for this? If not, can one be added?
Thx,
D.

Hello, the same here. Overall, there is a problem with the Extras I find. They are not easily visible on TV because at the very bottom… A badge indicating that there are bonuses available would not be bad. And today the Extras behave like simple videos, without metadata, without the possibility of picking up where we left off previously or even a “V” logo to know that we viewed it. It wouldn’t be bad to improve that

It’d be fantastic if, in general, extras tracked watched/unwatched and we could easily see when a library item has unwatched extras! I know that’s a little outside the scope of the original ask on this post, but tracking the watch status of an extra is the first step towards adding this particular feature. Extras in general still feel like too much of a second-class citizen in Plex.

I agree that this is needed. Absolutely no way currently of knowing which extras you’ve watched, especially frustrating when a film has a lot.

yep, this feature is very much needed. Extras for movies can be a lot, for example per LOTR movie I have like 30 extras and some of them are 1h and longer.
I’d have to write a dedicated Excel file to keep track of where I left off. That’s way too much hassle, so all those pretty and amazing extras get watched a lot less, as it’s so hard to keep track of “where did I left off” or “have I watched this one or the other 3 ones last time”.

Pls, dear Plex developers, give us this very much needed feature for the extras !
