Local Multiuser support for Servers blocked by NATs

Hey I was thinking it would be cool to somehow implement multiuser support locally on servers that are unable to connect to MyPlex due to NAT restrictions.

For Reference:

    My account (Account A)
    Friends account (Account B)

Implementation:
I have my PMS running linked to Account A. Said server exists in a state where it cannot connect to MyPlex to "share" said server (Behind Double Nat/Firewall/Other) and then there are two option:
Option 1. When setting up the server you need to link it to your account and then when connecting a new client you have to login. In this senario the PMS checks MyPlex to see if  Account B is on a friends list                           (other list) of Account A. If this is the case then Account B will be able to login and watch media from the PMS

Option 2. A new page on the settings of Plex Web that allows you to login additional users  (Account A is set to the owner of the PMS and Account B is set to allowed on said server) then when Account B                                   Authenticates successfully the PMS will allow Account B to watch media from the PMS

Again, This is for a PMS that can't connect to MyPlex and therefore can't share but can connect to MyPlex for user authentication.
This would also only work for people on the same LAN (A Family/ Friends in the same Dorm Room)

Let me know if I should clarify anything or you have any questions.

I thought in the latest release they have allowed local LAN sharing when NAT port is not open.

See PMS 0.9.9.6 Release Notice: https://forums.plex.tv/topic/62832-plex-media-server/?p=596690

It was clarified here : https://forums.plex.tv/topic/101786-0996-new-feature/

Does it not work?

Multiuser on Local LAN with 'Require Authentication for local networks' and connection to myPlex through Open Port not in place

The Require Local Authentication Feature was there before but again requires the server being able to be published to MyPlex This is for cases (like mine) where the server cannot be published to MyPlex
When reading the change log I was excited but I haven't been able to get it to work if it is what I described

UPDATE: It took some playing around but it does work and it works great. Its the mix of local authentication and logging in to plex.tv on the LAN.

elan replied to me in the other linked thread here to say the change is for local LAN. Sharing on local LAN would only work with Require Authentication. So if this is not working for you on Plex Media Server version 0.9.9.7 then best is to raise it as an issue in the Plex Media Server Preview forum attaching a Plex Media Server.log and screenshots of it failing and cross linking to the announcement and the response from elan to me here : https://forums.plex.tv/topic/101786-0996-new-feature/?p=600000

Unless I misunderstood his response completely
