Local network buffering, no transcoding

Player Version#: Latest chromecast

Plex running in an unraid docker container. I’m having a strange issue where transcoded media does not buffer, but original quality does. It doesn’t seem to be a network speed issue - I’ve had original quality buffer when it’s around 3Mb/s, but transcoded stuff plays fine at 4Mb/s.

What should I be checking first? Thanks!

Remux the video file, then try again.
