Local Server Login - Endless Redirect Loop

The fix went in the Plex web app version 3.41.2 that was bundled in Plex Media Server 1.12.3.4973 which was beta released on 13 April (for my region) and went public to everyone on 18 April 2018

I’m still getting redirected: https://i.imgur.com/wChNFdB.png
I thought it might be my cache so I cleared it, but it is still happening. As I’ve highlighted in the URL bar, I am on Web Client version 3.41.2, and my Server is running Version 1.12.3.4973: https://i.imgur.com/zvaEhvf.png
I have allowed my ip address range in the options: https://i.imgur.com/aoTSqpC.png

sorry it was unreadable on my iPhone. I could read it later on a PC

Need to double check that the the list of IPs and networks not needing auth is being acted on correctly - so please enable debug logging on server general settings and save changes and restart the server. Then try to connect to it from the device that is on the same 192.168.1.xx subnet and then get time of redirect to authenticate and collect the server logs
copy the logs directory out and zip the copy and attach
Did you sign in to the server? It is showing on plex.tv as signed in
May be you had network connectivity issue and it did not manage to tell plex.tv that you have signed out
