Lockups during cache

...I think, when I actually get to transcode media to the PI it works ok, however for the most part it locks up when browsing media. I have 500+ Movies in one folder and 1000++ in a TV folder, both lock up.

 

I am seeing errors such as this in the PI logs:

Then the PI locks up and a reboot in required (I left it for a few days [ok I forgot about it!]) and when I came back it was still locked so I and giving it enough time to download the cache.

 

Seems also my putty session crashes....

 

Any tips on diags?
