I could not log into my Plex account on my iPhone, even though i could log into Plex in browser using the same credentials. First error message said “invalid username/password”. When i tried again it said “You appear to be having trouble signing in to an account”. I tried reinstalling the app but unsuccessful. I tried using username and email but both unsuccessful. Does anyone encouter the same problem?

Same here… iPhone 7 Plus iOS10.0.2. It works on my XBox One, Vizio, Web, iPad, and Windows Phone.
I have the same issue, I am trying to login to my iOS app and it’s giving me login/password error.
There is a problem in encoding of some special characters eg the + character. This is being fixed - in the meantime, please use letters and numbers for password
Thanks sa2000. That did the trick. That combined with using my username instead of my email address. Even after changing the password it didn’t work until I stopped attempting to use my email.
I should add that my special character was a semi-colon.
