Recently tried plex on a few iPhones, moved from one to another (restore) and noted that sync was not working properly on either. Uninstalled and reinstalled plex today and now app no longer accepts login. U/P has not changed. Have tried reinstalling and no use.
After having given it time to calm down (all those sign-in attempts to your account), if it’s still not allowing you go sign-in, go and reset your password via plex.tv (remember to check the box to sign-out any connected devices). You can put your password back to what it was originally after you’ve gotten the security triggers calmed down.
Ok did that, and new password worked. But then changed it back and its broken again.
This is a bit of a problem as I’ve established this long complex password for remote access and would cause me some hassle to change it. Perhaps the latest IOS Plex has has introduced a bug with recognizing some characters as password.

Conversely, the latest iOS has caused me all kinds of problems with other things not Plex related. I had to redo everything, including banking .
This was solved in an update.
