Unable to login

Last night I was having trouble signing in from my laptop at home, so I reset my password. I signed in on my desktop with the new password, no problem. Tried signing in on the laptop, still unable to login, even using the same login/password. Eventually got my own IP blacklisted temporarily, so then I wasn’t even able to sign in from my desktop.

Now this morning, I am signed in from my work desktop, but trying to test Plex remotely on my home desktop, I am not able to login. It is saying “Invalid email, username, or password.” Even though I know for sure I am using the correct login information. Has anyone else had this happen, or have any idea what I could do to get it working? I already cleared my cookies/cache/etc. and that didn’t make any difference either. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I just tried resetting it again. Am able to login from elsewhere, but not able to login from my home network still.

Anyone coming across this post with a similar issue, I ended up resolving it by using a different password. I think that the password I was trying to use may have contained characters that Plex doesn’t like in a password, so whatever it was getting reset to was not the same as what I was trying to enter to login.
