Plex server runs on an Synology NAS (Version 1.43.0.10492), Player is usually Apple TV (tvOS 26.4, current app version).
For a couple of moths now, trying to play an .mp4 file results in long buffering before starting. Playing .mkv files (even ones converted from. .mp4) starts without buffering.
No transcoding is activated, all is played in original quality.
Does anyone here have an idea what might be the problem?
