I’m stuck with the same problem.

Got a Syno NAS with the following IP : 172.16.xxx.xxx.
I’m trying to configure it through a VPN connection, my IP is 10.0.8.x but I got the message “Looking for servers”

Running DSM 6.2.1-23824 Update 2 and PMS 1.14.1.5488

Here is the log of PMS. Found something weird in it. I can’t understand why there’s APIPA IP

Problem solved. I tried directly on the network 172.16 and it worked as expected.
