I am struggling to get the labelling correct on Futurama and it would help if I could see the Plex TV series Agent databse so I could then cross reference with it.
Is it possible to view it?
The plex TV agent can be configured to use episode ordering from TVDB or TMDB. Its globally set at the library level or under the advanced edit section of the a show if you want to override the global setting.
So if you want to use TVDB orderings then following the episodes as per → https://thetvdb.com/series/futurama and if you TMDB then as per https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/615-futurama.
Also, in case you have not seen this doc its helpful for getting the naming right with plex Naming and Organizing Your TV Show Files | Plex Support. The examples at the bottom are excellent.

But as @anon5074910 explained above: you can use either TheMovieDB.org or TheTVDB.com as your reference.
watch.plex.tv will generally mirror the TMDB default ordering.
