Thanks. The logs show that the IP your server has indicated it is at is unreachable. So something is still wrong at your server end. If port 21 is shown by canyouseeme as being open, then you either didn’t port forward it properly to your PMS or your router isn’t allowing traffic through on that port other than to accept pings and say it’s open. A quick test you can run is from another network (work or cellular) enter your public IP and port into a browser window. If your PMS is running and working, it should forward you to the Web login page.
Ok tried this in both Chrome and Firefox, neither of which was terribly interested in letting me open anything on 21…
Anyway in both cases I am definitely reaching the server:
Attempting to connect to “https://HOME_IP:21” a few things happen:
The URL path changes to /web/index.html
The icon in the browser tab changes to the Plex logo
The name on the browser tab changes to Plex
However - I get nothing else. Blank white screen.
