Loss of Background image on iPad

Since the recent server update and the update to the iPad app, I have lost background images in the iPad app. They are still present on my PC and on Roku. I’d appreciate help to restore the background images on my iPad.

Agreed. I’d like to have background art back!!! or Make it an option!

Same here, I really can’t stand when you guys remove this feature on some of the devices. The background images are what makes the iPad app appealing. Please implement that back!! Also what the heck happened to Continue Watching with the background image as the tile? Now it’s just the poster and On Deck is just not an option anymore for the home screen.

Is there any news on this? I spent a long time selecting backgrounds and now none of them work on my iPad.

This issue is still present in July and it’s really annoying, as I do not think the art backgrounds was such a bad or performance-costly feature to have, especially when almost everyone would rather use those instead of the blurred ones.

Is there any interest whatsoever in fixing this ABSOLUTELY TRIVIAL bug?
