I looked at your account.
With all this bouncing around, it looks like it became disconnected (which is odd but Ok?)
- Stop Plex
- Uninstall + KEEP (we don’t want to lose what was done)
- Reinstall the package + Plex Claim Token option
- Click “Get Claim Token”
- Copy the token from the browser
- Paste into the installer window
- Next → until it starts installing.
- It will take an additional 10-15 seconds to authenticate & negotiate all the credential info with Plex.tv then write to your Preferences.xml file.
- It will complete with the message stating it was claimed to your Plex username.
- Now open the server.
- If you still have older “HAL9000” entries – which you should. you can start removing them from Settings - Authorized Devices - Server (dropdown).
