Lost art and theme songs on some shows

I updated my libraries this morning to find that a number of shows, with no correlation that i have yet pinpointed, have lost all of their artwork (show/season/episode posters and backgrounds) and theme music.

This includes shows that have pulled art and themes from online and some that have local metadata stored in their folders. When I attempt to upload new artwork manually on these shows, it gives me an error.

This does not affect playback of the files or any of the other metadata (Cast, summary, genres, etc) and it does not seem to be affecting any movies. I have made sure both PMS and QNAP are up to date and have re-scanned, refreshed, and restarted across the board. Any help cracking this is appreciated.

Update: This issue has also apparently affected a single movie from my entire library

Still not sure what caused this, but after some trial and error, i reverted to a snapshot from before the issue and it has not recurred, so i guess case closed for now.
