What devices support loudness leveling and gapless playback? I’m mainly interested in Airplay and Chromecast Audio.
Does Plex use ReplayGain tags for loudness leveling?
I know I need Plex pass for this features.

Yes I am told we use ReplayGain
Only the algorithm from ReplayGain is used. (ReplayGain v2, to be precise)
But Plex will not read ReplayGain values from embedded meta tags. Instead it will determine these values itself and store them in its database only.

Chromecast is currently not working, yet. But AirPlay should be.
