LRC files missing first couple lines

Player Version#: Plexamp 3.8.2 and also the plex-web client

I have a bunch of music that have LRC files for synchronized lyrics. Plexamp and the plex-web client do not show the opening couple lines of lyrics.

According to wikipedia, a LRC file may have OPTIONAL lines at the beginning with metadata such as album, artist, track name, etc. My LRC files do not have this information. Maybe the plex server or whatever processes the LRC files is assuming it can ignore the first couple lines of a LRC file? It’s unfortunate to be missing the opening lines of a song.

Other music players (like Foobar) work correctly with the same LRC files.
