I’m curious if anyone has been able to look into this and determine why the content rating is not being captured from the metadata
Not sure if I should post a new topic, but I think it’s related to this agent:
Movies with multiple genres are stored as one, e.g. Horror, Thriller is stored as one genre in the PMS, instead it should have two genres: Horror and Thriller. I can edit this afterwards, but its a silly thing to do for the entire library. All my movie files are in m4v format.
So can this be fixed?
Just to let you know that I identified this particular issue and have resolved it. There is some more work i'm hoping to do on the Local Media Assets Agent before releasing it, which should include this fix.
If you're able to provide me with a small sample file, i'm more than happy to take a look?

IanB!, just checking in to see if your fix has been incorporated into a PMS release yet. If not, could you provide the changes to the agent script so we can make the changes ourselves while you continue your other work on the agent.
