Mac Live TV eventually unable to connect to HDHomeRun Extend until restart

Server Version#: 1.41.2.9200
Player Version#: Any, but Mac player v 1.104.0.241-2164c90a for example
HDHomeRun Extend Version#: 20230713
Server Mac OS Version#: 15.0 (24A335)

Everything will work, then after some period of time (I am not sure how log at this point) I will see that my DVR Scheduled programs are not recording and then going to any app an trying to watch a channel will give me an error saying it couldn’t tune to the channel. Looking at the logs will show:

Nov 16, 2024 11:24:10.408 [0xXXXXX] ERROR - [Req#XXXXXXX] [tcp @ 0x6000003e8100] Connection to tcp://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:5004 failed: No route to host
Nov 16, 2024 11:24:10.409 [0xXXXXX] ERROR - [Req#XXXXXXX] http://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:5004/auto/v8.1?transcode=none: No route to host

(where the IP address is an IP on the same network as my Mac)

When it is in this state I can use another app on that Mac server to watch channels directly off the HDHomeRun. I also confirmed that the security and privacy setting on the Mac settings allows Plex Media Server to access the local network.

Restarting PMS solves the problem (for a time).

Doing a bit more research, it looks like the last time it happened it was working for about a week before it started having the problem and needed a restart
