Server Version#: Mac os catalina

I want to know ideal settings for Plex I did a fresh install of Catalina on Mac mini late 2012 intel i7, 16gb of ram. 1 GB down and 1 GB up for internet. I would have no idea what’s going on. I can have five streams of 4k content at the same time. please ask me for more details. Every time Plex doesn’t really like me lol. Btw my content ranges from 720p to 1080p. My poor little Mac can’t handle 4k content
