Macbook suddenly can't connect to local Plex server

I’m trying to connect to my plex server from within my home network using a macbook that’s never once had a problem connecting. Now suddenly I’m getting the “doesn’t allow secure connections” message and then when I say “allow insecure connections” it says “[SERVERNAME] is currently unavailable.”

I checked all the stuff in the Plex troubleshooting (verify server is online, check authorized devices, disable VPN, etc.) and I have no idea what the problem could be. Any tips on how to troubleshoot this? I can still connect fine on my other devices.
