Tuner Make/Model: HDRomeRun FLEX 4K
After computer server reboot, HDHomerun device is not found when looking at ‘Live TV & DVR’ page within Settings. However, the HDHomerun app does find the device successfully. There is a clear connection issue between MacOS Sequoia and Plex Media Server upon reboot. See troubleshooting steps below.
- Clear computer server’s App cache, Log files, Cookies, Web cache
- Rebooted computer server (MacOS Sequoia 15.2 24C101)
- Plex app: Device Not Found
- HDHomerun app: Device Found
- Computer Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network > Plex Media Server: Toggled app by setting to Off then back to On
- Plex app: Device Found
- HDHomerun app: Device Found
