Make Library scroll to top automatically

I am not sure when this changed but I have noticed lately that when I go to my Library(s) and scroll down a ways, the next time I come back to that Library it’s in the same position with no quick way to get back to the top which is SUPER annoying in large libraries.

Is there a way to make the Library reset to the top every time I load it?
