Currently we can change the offset of a subtile in 50ms steps. Please include more buttons, e.g. +500ms -500ms in order so achive higher offsets.

There’s already an existing feature suggestion discussing an option to change the increment step, add additional steps or manually enter an offset. I suggest you comment/vote in that thread in order to avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes.
Unless I’m missing some unique aspect of your suggestion, I’ll close this thread as a duplicate.
