Managed User account cannot add to watchlist

We use an nVidia Shield as our main player. My account is the primary/admin account and has a lifetime Plex Pass. I am able to add items to my Watchlist without issue. There is a managed user in my Plex Home that is it’s own Plex account, with it’s own separate lifetime Plex Pass. On the nVidia Shield that user cannot add items to their Watchlist, however if they select their user on the Roku in the bedroom they are able to add items to their watchlist. Seems to be a bug on the Android TV Player.
