Unsure if this has been reported here (I know there are a couple of posts on reddit with no real solution).
Issue with Watchlists on Samsung(Tizen) clients. Reproducible every time.
Plex pass main user account with a number of managed accounts. If the player switches to one of those managed accounts and then switches back to the main user, the main user’s watchlist is completely incorrect or empty. Haven’t found a way to get it back (even logging out then in and even tried resetting all setting in the app).
The only way to fix that I have found is to completely remove the Plex app and re-install again however next time the user is switched to a managed account the same issue arises.
I have tow Samsung TVs (2021 and 2024) and this happens on both.
Has this been reported previously and is this bug being worked on?
