Managed user account can't set subtitles and audio language

i tested ios/android/web client
how can we solved?

Bug? Cannot automatically select subtitle for managed user?

Cannot automatically select subtitle for managed user? The subtitle language has been set up and the subtitles have been downloaded. Only administrators can automatically select subtitles on the ios Android web player. but managed user can’t. why?
