Managed users cannot delete or edit playlists they created

This is a deadend. If a managed user creates a playlist or a smart playlist (from a custom filter), these playlists work just fine but cannot be deleted or edited by the user who created them. Superuser cannot either delete or edit them since he cannot see another user’s playlists.

Is there a workaround to edit or delete playlists which were created by managed users?
